Summit Bodyworks is looking an individual for our Warehouse. This person will be responsible for providing warehouse support including pulling, packing, assembling, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare orders.
• Processing requests and stock orders.
• Pulling materials.
• Packing boxes.
• Placing orders in appropriate areas for receiving or delivering.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Assist with inventory control to continue accurate counts at all times.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and keeping the shipping supply area clean.
• Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Constructing Shipping Crates.
• Familiar with A/P Processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms
• Must have ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hardwoods and wood products is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Candidates must be a motivated individual who can work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post- offer background check, physical and drug screening.
