The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the processing more complex vendor accounts within the Accounts Payable Department while adhering to internal controls, policies and procedures. The responsibilities of this position include invoice auditing, invoice verification with compliance to cost guidelines and account payment preparation, responding to P&L questions, as well as performing a monthly internal audit and journal entries.

Education/Experience:
Associates Degree or 5 years accounts payable experience and related technology (preferred) Experience and ability to work independently and make sound decisions about the handling of assigned accounts
