What you will do:
  • Collaborate with retail and/or department leadership teams on hiring, development, retention, succession planning and full scope of employee success
  • Partner alongside retail and/or department leadership teams on employee morale and engagement, ensuring all employee related concerns are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Work within HR department adopting an efficient and pragmatic approach and way of working
  • Partnering closely with the business and HR team to ensure that Suitsupply has the necessary processes and structures in place
  • Optimize and streamline processes and strategic projects supporting HR business functions
  • Ensure all HR duties are completed such as employee performance reviews, corrective actions and salary analysis
Who you are:
  • Minimum three years relevant work experience, preferably within a fast-paced international work environment
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in the Netherlands
  • Inspirational, problem solver with exceptional communication skills
  • Willing to travel minimum 50%
  • Full professional proficiency in English
