What you will do:
- Collaborate with retail and/or department leadership teams on hiring, development, retention, succession planning and full scope of employee success
- Partner alongside retail and/or department leadership teams on employee morale and engagement, ensuring all employee related concerns are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Work within HR department adopting an efficient and pragmatic approach and way of working
- Partnering closely with the business and HR team to ensure that Suitsupply has the necessary processes and structures in place
- Optimize and streamline processes and strategic projects supporting HR business functions
- Ensure all HR duties are completed such as employee performance reviews, corrective actions and salary analysis
Who you are:
- Minimum three years relevant work experience, preferably within a fast-paced international work environment
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in the Netherlands
- Inspirational, problem solver with exceptional communication skills
- Willing to travel minimum 50%
- Full professional proficiency in English
