What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Suitsupply?
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of a shared service, international Accounts Payable team. We are looking for an accurate and precise candidate. Someone who is, besides the day-to-day routine, proactive to take on new projects and is keen to look for opportunities to improve current processes.
Your typical day includes:
- Verifying and coding of invoices in Image Capture
- Process invoices in Easy Invoice
- Matching orders with invoices and follow up on any discrepancies
- Completeness checks invoices to be received
- Follow up on invoices pending approval
This job might be for you if you have:
- A degree in Accountancy or a related study
- 1-2 years of working experience within an international Accounts Payable team
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Image Capture, Easy Invoice and Exact Globe is a plus
- A team player with great communication skills
- English language in writing and tongue must be good/excellent
