Job Description To dedicate appropriate management attention and focus to ongoing staff development, we will establish the Staff Experience Training and Development position as a key component of the Staff Experience team, working under Schooling’s Talent Management division. We seek a Training and Development Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the continued professional growth of school based employees. The Training and Development Specialist will ensure that school-based staff have ongoing opportunities to progress themselves within their current role and throughout each point in an employee’s life cycle at SA. We will continue to grow and evolve as an organization and having a Training and Development Specialist plan and coordinate corresponding training will be necessary to ensure staff are continuously up to speed on best practices. The Staff Experience Onboarding member will report to the Leader of Staff Experience, Ashley Wilson. Key responsibilities include: A key element of employee value proposition is the high level of investment in the professional development of our staff. For non instructional development, the Leader of Staff Experience will work closely with all relevant groups across the enterprise to maintain, update and coordinate the delivery of the training and development scope and sequence of all school-based constituents.
