SUBARU OF KENNESAW, LLC is Hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant Near Cumming, GA
Troncalli Subaru is seeking to find a part time Administrative Assistant for our Parts Department. The primary responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Reconciling daily invoices for the Parts Department.
- Processing daily invoices for payment.
- Assisting the Parts Manager with maintaining Spiff Sheets for the Sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Suite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
