The position requires the ability to create relationships with buyers, partners, and associates to manage the negotiation of the buying, building, and homeownership experience, by establishing a commitment to community, and a work environment built on open communications, accountability, profitability, and integrity.

The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for:

• Sourcing new land acquisition opportunities, raw land and finished lots.
• Identifying acquisition opportunities.
• Managing due diligence, underwriting, and approvals for proposed new land acquisitions.
• Preparing and present financial analysis, develop market analysis, assess values, prepare detailed reports requiring strong computer stills.
• Monitoring market activities for pricing, value and absorption.
• Preparing Letters of Intent and negotiate final purchase terms.
• Managing purchase contract development, through life of deal.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and keep sensitive information confidential.
