Work Flexibility: Hybrid As our Marketing Associate for our Orthopedics business, you will help the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports, and responds to questions from the sales organization. What you will do: • Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses • Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service • Identify critical customer needs and preferences • Provides customer feedback to marketing leadership • Aid in the construction of the marketing plan • Understand basic budget management principles • Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning • Subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions • Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year • Support the on-label use and promotion of all products • Understand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin • Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formats • Use appropriate scorecards to track results • Track existing KPIs and reports back to the organization • Share basic customer satisfaction input trends with the salesforce What you need: • Bachelor’s degree required • 0 years of work experience required Travel Percentage: 50% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
