What you will do:
The Program Manager will drive the development and management of project and programs, priorities, and plans in collaboration with project owners, other project managers and key stakeholders across the company.
The primary responsibility is working with business leaders and project owners from different functions (eg., Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory) to manage a pipeline of programs/projects, constantly assessing and establishing priorities based on business needs, and developing comprehensive program/project plans which reflect all needs for execution in accordance with project, technical, and business goals, quality and regulatory requirements, manufacturing needs, and time/resource/budget constraints. Responsibilities include preparing detailed development plans for each project or program, monitoring progress against goals, regular analysis and reporting of status across projects and programs, resource assessment, budgeting, planning and management, driving regular project meetings and accountability of stakeholders to assigned tasks/responsibilities, and managing pipeline status and priorities. Individual requirements for this position include experience tracking Product Development design controls phase deliverables involving design and verification of electromechanical components and materials (specifically, plastics, metal, PCB, electronics), software, labeling, packaging, manufacturing transfer, compliance testing and regulatory submissions.
