You have experience designing everything from brand identities, physical experiences, packaging and more. You put user outcomes in the center of your work and partner in the success of your client. You are a team player and commit to a cross-discipline way of working. You constantly empathize, iterate and look for inspiration in unexpected places.

You Have...

• 4 years of visual design experience - Agency Experience Preferred
• An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual abilities, your knowledge of design principles and a deep understanding of color, type, scale and composition.
• Strong experience working with teams in an agency environment.
• Highly conceptual thinking paired with outstanding execution skills.
• Direct client interaction experience. You have the finesse to understand objectives and identify creative solutions.
• The ability to clearly articulate thinking behind creative solutions. You communicate successfully with other team members and during presentations to our clients.
• Strong collaboration skills. You understand the importance of working together, with people from different backgrounds and specializations, to solve problems.
• Strong ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
