As an Audit Manager, your main focus is managing client audit engagements with exceptional service. Acting as an intermediary between partners and clients, you cultivate and strengthen relationships. You excel in planning and overseeing audit engagements, setting timelines, managing staff, and ensuring timely completion. Your attention to detail allows for close review of work papers and quick issue resolution. You keep partners informed, manage project budgets, handle billing, and assist with collections. Anticipating client needs with your financial and analytical skills, you proactively seek opportunities to provide additional services and add value. As a true leader, you coach, advise, and support team members, fostering a motivated and empowered work environment. You willingly take on leadership roles, such as presenting at seminars and networking events, to support company goals. Your go-getter personality, excellent management skills, and unmatched organizational efforts guarantee your success as an Audit Manager.

• A financial degree or accreditation in accounting, finance, or similar audit experience
• 5 years of experience in public accounting
• An active CPA license or equivalent certification
• Strong client relationship and project management skills

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can generate enthusiasm amongst team members. This leader should have excellent organization and time management skills.
