Our company is looking for an experienced accounting manager to lead a small team of specialists in managing our accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep and maintain all the books in perfect order
• Summarize current financial situation by analyzing current liabilities, preparing profit and loss statements, and indicating corrective actions that need to be taken
• Audit key documents and verify each transaction
• Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes
• Make certain that all tax forms are correct and have been filed to the required authorities on time
• Preparing payments
• Preparing budget forecast
• Compute and prepare tax returns
• Maintain Licensing with State Authorities
• Report company financial health to the stakeholders
• Make financial reports that can help higher management in making decisions
• Ensuring the security of financial information
• Prepare financial statements, management reporting, and analysis
• Prepare forecasts
• Perform general ledger analysis
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Ensure that all transactions are well documented
• Supervise Accounting Assistant

Qualifications
