SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for business intelligence reports, metrics formulation, dashboard functionality and information with human resources data as well as providing technical support to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), maintaining functionality of the system, providing technical assistance to team members, and being a main contact to our workforce for system issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
  • Serve as the technical expert for the Human Resources Information System including troubleshooting, management of all HRIS service requests and cases.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting and metrics for all human resources team members to provide accurate and efficient reporting methods.
  • Manage and execute data and metrics analysis for the human resources function including internal and external benchmarking.
  • Identify trends in data and make recommendations to team members and department for program and process improvement based on results.
  • Produce human resources dashboards to display key process indicators, data metrics and measurements.
  • Process all technical system updates, system notifications, system administration, system testing, and manage overall functionality of the system.
  • Manage overall HRIS system configuration, business rules and parameters and third-party system communication (data feeds, API connections and processes, etc.)
  • Review and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency of entire HRIS system.
  • Maintain technical functionality of departmental SharePoint pages on corporate intranet site and provide support to Information Technology and Marketing teams on overall corporate projects or tasks.
  • Provide technical support and serve as main contact for all system end users by providing system training, resolving account issues, and researching and responding to system inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, work instructions, and training materials for staff and end users.
  • Build annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily reporting from the system as requested by human resources team members for established reporting responsibilities.
  • Maintain data integrity by auditing and validating data. Update employee data to ensure accurate, complete, and effective data in the system.
  • Maintain system access by reviewing and verifying configuration throughout the system for user roles.
  • Partner with Information Technology team as necessary for system issues to ensure proper functionality and system optimization.
  • Complete all other duties and projects as assigned by management.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related discipline desired. Commensurate work experience will be considered.
  • Three or more years of previous work experience supporting human resources information systems.
