Stream Companies is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near West Chester, PA

This is a hybrid opportunity!

The Human Resources Coordinator provides key support and input to Stream & FullThrottle employees in various HR areas, including employment benefits, HR Information System, polices, and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work well independently and with others. This individual will work within the new Employee Experience Department, as we reimagine the traditional HR function to a dynamic team that ensures the rapid growth of our organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the core values of Stream & FullThrottle. Be passionate, coachable, and growth-minded.
  • Respond to general employee questions regarding benefits, policies etc.
  • Respond to outside inquiries regarding employment opportunities and/or application status.
  • Process pre-employment background screenings; schedule pre-employment
  • Provide IT with pertinent information for new hire set up and onboarding.
  • Perform timely and accurate updates in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay, status title changes, personal demographics etc.
  • Conduct weekly New Hire Onboarding sessions
  • Communicate with staff about important benefits information
  • Work with the benefit vendors to update and maintain employee elections and life events
  • Maintain and update internal resources for the Employee Experience team including HR guides and reference materials
  • Ensure the timely response to unemployment petitions
  • Maintain leave of absence documentation for matters that might include FMLA, short-term disability, maternity/paternity leaves, and other health related matters.
  • Coordinate the annual open enrollment process.
  • Other duties as assigned to fulfill HR deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of HR experience with a sound foundational knowledge of compliance and benefits, along with familiarity with HRIS platforms, including Paylocity. Payroll administration experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including associate relations, performance management, succession management, engagement, workforce planning, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws
