Job Summary: Reporting to the IT PMO Director, the Project Manager will support business partners and IT leadership overseeing and reporting on all aspects of assigned IT infrastructure and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document and track project activities, resources, risks, budgets, and other pertinent information.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of all aspects of assigned projects including systems, business processes, business objectives, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings following detailed agendas and document and circulate project meeting notes.
• Identify, document, assign and track project deliverables through a variety of tools including but not limited to project charters, budgets, plans, schedules, RAID logs and RACI matrixes.
• Collect and document project status reports for presentation to project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Coordinate presentation deck(s) for presentation to executive level.
• Develop and execute defined communication plans for all assigned projects.
• Record and escalate project issues through defined governance tracking through resolution decision.
• Document, track and execute project change requests through defined governance maintaining minimal impact to project timelines, budgets, or delivery.
• With the support of IT resources, document and deliver project related technical documentation including but not limited to:
• Workflow maps
• Business partner training documentation
• Architectural diagrams and inventories
• Coordinate with 3rd party resources dedicated to project delivery.

• Team player with ability to develop strong working relationships with management, business partners, support staff and vendor partners.
• Ability to adapt/respond quickly to changing requirements and effectively balance priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong in Microsoft Office suite of applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio a plus.

Education, experience, certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT project delivery with exposure to leading project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Physical and mental demands

• Expected work hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with overtime as needed.
• Must be able to respond reasonably to emergency situations, power outages, network outages, viruses, etc. quickly.
