Our company has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician!

Shift Schedule:  10pm-6am

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interface and interact with Manufacturing and Quality Control teams from the OEM and Tier 1 supplier.
  • Become the resident quality expert of the supplier parts and provide representation and avocation.
  • Interpret data and other variables to provide feedback and resolution on behalf of the supplier.
  • Build solid relationships with the Supplier and OEM employees.
  • Trouble-shoot and diagnose issues as they arise.
  • You may need to be able to be on your feet for 8 hours a day and some weekends may be required.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical competency.
  • Electrical Troubleshooting/Repair Experience.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Data Entry
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and stay engaged.
  • Interpret basic specification sheets and technical documents.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Required/Preferred:

  • ASE Certification is not required but is preferred.
  • Quality control, quality assurance and or manufacturing experience required.
  • Wiring harness experience required.
  • Supplier quality representation experience preferred.
