Today we are seeking several great people to join as a Sales Development Representatives to generate meetings/appointments and grow our sales pipelines. Your primary responsibility is to generate sales meetings/appointments for our senior sales reps (Account Executives / AEs) via your outbound prospecting effort. This position requires outbound phone calling, cold emailing, and prospecting on LinkedIn and other channels.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform outbound sales prospecting (cold calls and cold emails) to our target accounts
- Hit your daily sales activity goals
- Send outbound emails that include both automated as well as hyper-personalized emails
- Make outbound cold calls
- Prospect on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and LinkedIn InMail
- Connect with our target prospects and deliver our message
- Conduct activities leveraging existing outbound marketing, contact database, prospecting processes, and supporting collateral
- Manage a high volume of leads through our proven sales process while building up and nurturing a prospect pipeline
- Convert cold calls into meetings and generating opportunities from targeted account prospecting
- Collaborate with our senior executive to penetrate targeted accounts and identify sales opportunities
- Clearly convey our position in the market and value proposition to different levels of prospects using the customer-centric sales methodology combined with a professionally persistent approach
- Maintain high performance against call, email, and contact metrics - ability to attain your daily goals/KPIs = 150 sales activities per day including a combination of: outbound calls, personalized emails, and automated emails
- Qualify for a good fit and schedule initial sales appointments/meetings and provide hand-offs to the Account Executives (AEs)
- Maintain and track good notes in the CRM to support a frictionless hand off to our senior sales team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / College education required
- 1 year of Outbound SDR experience in B2B
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate Banking financial metrics
- Drive and proven track record of building a prospecting pipeline and delivering qualified leads
- Great communication and writing skills
- Exceptional listening and empathy skills
- Detail orientation in writing and presentation
- A positive and professional phone presence
