Strategic Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Mailroom Clerk Near Irving, TX
Job Description:
- Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving.
- Receive, log, batch, and distributing work.
- File, photocopy, and answer phones.
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
- Works under close supervision following established procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
100% on site
Sun though Thurs, 3pm to 11:30pmDay to Day:
- Operations area
- Back office/not customer facing
- Processing payments
- Very busy
- Dependability and reliability
- Productivity and quality standards
- Attention to detail
- Make sure they will be there on time
Experience:
- Operations experience
- LOCKBOX experience is a plus
Background to succeed:
- Wide variety
- Some retail/some other banks/some LOCKBOX/city and schools
Work environment:
- Provide on the work training and everything that is needed to succeed
COVID Procedures:
- Social distance
- Work with gloves
- Cleaning supplies to take care of the work station
- Wear mask all the time
- Cafeteria is closed in the building
- Has vending machines/ Grab and Go machines
- 2) 15 minutes break and 1) 45 minutes break
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Irving, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
