Required Qualifications:

• 10 Years of Experience as a Project Manager with strong focus on the Business side, not technical
• Project Manager experience required with ability to create project plan from legacy documents and keep all on track.
• Agile experience – KanBan, Scrum master a plus
• Experience executing the buildout of an early talent program based on defined criteria. This person could provide valuable input, depending on their exp.

Responsibilities:

• Executive level presence/polish, ability to communicate effectively across all mediums (written, verbal, etc.).
• Drive others to execute in a matrixed environment, ensuring project plans are on time and meeting requirements.
• Create executive level decks/summary/presentations.
• Work collectively across multiple groups to update project plans, monthly docs, and serve as someone of a chief of staff to reports-to mgr
