Title: Financial Crimes Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Model)
Duration: 12 Month contract
Type: W-2 Contract

Pay Rate: 53 - 56/HR.
Required Qualifications:

• 4 years' experience in Financial Crimes & Intelligence (AML - Financial Crimes Risk and Investigations or Risk Advisory roles)
• Front Line Risk and Escalations or related roles (Identifying Risks for Escalations, Managing Escalated Risks, Providing recommendations for retention/exit to Sr Leaders on customers)
• Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence on variety of customer types, with particular interest in high-risk customer types
• Well-versed in bank products – credit cards, wires, checks, cash, P2P
• Experience conducting large scale portfolio-style reviews of customer transactional activity
• Strong communicator in writing and verbally
• Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
• Willing and able to participate in process ideation/ improvement

Data Skills:

• Experience with MS Excel; able to used advance functions of Excel
• Analytical tools experience – MS Excel (minimum) SQL, Tableau, etc. (bonus)
