This is an opportunity to work as an internal Corporate Recruiter involving the placement of technical support professionals supporting military installations nationally.

You will work in a small, friendly, business casual office environment, focused on sourcing/screening candidates for placement within DOD facilities.

The Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

Sourced positions include Customer Service Representatives, Help Desk / Desktop Support, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, Business Intelligence, Database/System / Network Administration and Cyber Security Specialists.

Required Education / Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

At least two years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus

A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
