Strategic Business Systems (SBS) is Hiring a Linux Systems Administrator Near Annapolis, MD
- TS/SCI with CI Poly; willing to obtain FS Poly
- CompTIA Security certification
- 2 years in Linux System Administration with knowledge of HPC or willingness to learn HPC
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting remote network OS installations
- Experience in multiple scripting languages, such as bash / Perl/ Expect/ Python
- Experience with CentOS or Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience deploying and / or supporting Lustre or other parallel fi le systems HPE
- Willing to work 100% on-site in one of the following three locations: Annapolis Junction, MD, Fort Meade, MD or Bluffdale, UT.
- Experience with or training related to High Availability systems (HPC and/or Apollo, HPE, Cray or SGI preferred other OEMs accepted)
- Experience with or understanding of flexible systems that are optimized for HPC and Al workloads.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting scripts
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or 5 years relevant experience Work as part of a support team with other system administrators, program managers and technical staff
