We are hiring for an Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Dayton, OH; this person will be responsible for scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, coordinating efforts to resolve customer issues, and updating various systems though the process!

Principal Accountabilities:

• Order equipment from STRATACACHE warehouses.
• Coordinate service with 3rd-party Technicians (and manage customer expectations accordingly).
• Entering Sales Orders into NetSuite ERP; this involves validating invoicing with our AP team.
• Perform other duties, as requested.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in administrative or coordination-oriented roles.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office (i.e.: Word, Excel, etc.) and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience utilizing ERP and/or MRP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus!
• Ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
