Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist III is responsible for overseeing recruitment initiatives of key company positions. This role requires close interactions with field operations and corporate management to identify hiring needs and provide guidance related to recruitment and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for EPC, O&M, accounting, finance, management, and senior level positions.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting processes and procedures.
  • Develop inclusive recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Manage labor requisitions in ICIMS ATS system.
  • Turn in weekly requisition report to Human Resource Manager.
  • Occasionally post jobs on job boards and company website.
  • Review candidate profiles on a daily basis, conduct telephone interviews and determine which candidates to submit to the hiring managers.
  • Assist with hiring events and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in corporate recruiting environment performing full life cycle recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or similar discipline.
  • 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Prior construction or EPC recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site companies necessary; experience with large population of hourly workers a plus.
  • ATS Management experience required.
  • ICIMs experience a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as gather and analyze informational skillfully.
  • Effective communicate with people in stressful situations.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and work effectively with others including management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Must be able to prioritize, plan work activities and work consistently and dependably.

Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and manage frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
