Stp is Hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader Near New Bedford, MA
In search of a natural leader with a good sense of organization for a Team Leader position in large manufacturing building. Great long term job opportunity, with a terrific company! Maintain a team focus and constantly improve a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities would include:
- Coach and facilitate team members in meeting qualify, productions, material usage, and cost standards
- Manage employment wage policy, safety, health, attendance and production standards
- Monitor and Evaluate team and individual performance
- Train new employees
Qualified candidates will have:
- Prior experience leading teams and or group of individuals
- Must be able to multitask
- Effective written, verbal communication skills - Must be able to complete Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interview
- Bachelor's Degree required - 5 years of Supervisory experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
- $80k - $95k, depending on experience
- Health insurance

- Holiday Pay
