Description
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing their assigned clients with anything they may need. Daily interaction and coordination with internal and external stakeholders is key to be successful in this role. The individual in this role will manage their client’s requests using a number of middle office deliverables listed below. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Limited to no travel is required
Requirements
Preferred Education and Experience
· Experience using Eagle Investment Systems.
· Data conversion, configuration, and client onboarding experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
