Stotler Hayes Group is Hiring a Remote Brand Manager (Remote Position)

We are a national, boutique law firm, comprised of over 50 attorneys, paralegals, and operations staff, working exclusively with health care providers. Our practice involves the interplay of multiple related areas of law including Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate, and estate claims, and guardianships. Each of our attorneys works remotely from co-working spaces or home offices around the country, supported by paralegals and operations staff located in the firm’s brick and mortar office in South Carolina.

We attribute much of our success to the strength of our team of professionals. To build on this momentum, we are searching for a highly qualified, energetic, independent, collaborative Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will contribute to existing marketing campaigns, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of brand management, including graphic design, marketing campaigns and communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The successful candidate for this position must have a keen attention to detail with unmatched organizational skills, and be capable of handling numerous, diverse projects at once and meeting tight deadlines.

This full-time position is eligible for remote work with intermittent travel to the firm’s headquarters for onboarding and training, as well as firm events and meetings.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the firm's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs through the creative design and branding of internal and external graphics and materials
  • Ensure that the integrity of the firm logo and brand identity are maintained in all communication materials and promotional items.
  • Develop and manage content and social media marketing programs, including but not limited to blogs and public relations efforts
  • Evaluate and monitor external and internal marketing campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Coordinate event or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Creative design, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice across all firm media platforms
  • Ability to assimilate industry news into content posts for the firm’s followers, clients, centers of influence, and employee
  • Oversee updates, redesign, development, and implementation of the website, video content creation, awards and recognition efforts, and related firmwide marketing efforts
  • Brand and design of marketing collateral to include but not be limited to: PowerPoint presentations, letterhead, business cards, email signatures, swag, client gifts, holiday cards
  • Assist in planning firm events by coordinating requirements, overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Work with the firm’s business development professionals on the design and production of pitch materials, presentations, and other marketing pieces to support client and prospect-development efforts.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends

COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Work experience to include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, brand development, and/or creative design or similar role with a strong preference for law firm and/or professional service industry experience
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience in managing a branding campaign and maintaining brand standards.
  • Advanced graphic design skills and experience; in particular, thorough knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools
  • High level of creativity with excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaboration in a remote environment
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Tech-savvy to include, but not be limited to, experience with Mac/Apples, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Monday.com or similar project management applications, CRM systems
