We are supporting a direct hire Maintenance Superintendent opportunity for a multibillion-dollar, global leader in the food industry. Located in Southern Minnesota, this position offers a competitive base salary, excellent benefits, and a full relocation package, if needed.

Responsibilities

· Management of high performing manufacturing maintenance systems

· Scheduling of task for efficient completion with minimal plant disruption

· Delegate policy and procedures to maintenance staff

· Provide short-term and medium-term solutions to troubleshooting issues

· Preventive and predictive maintenance

· Comply with company KPI, tracking performance

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in related field

· 2 years of experience or equivalent experience education

· Experience in the food industry is ideal, but not required

· Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
