SOURCING SPECIALIST

This position earns an annual salary between $50,000- $60,000 based on experience and is bonus eligible. A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Sourcing Specialist, you will use multiple sources (job boards, internal talent pool, community events, etc.) to strategically and proactively source candidates for open positions. You will also build relationships with potential candidates, schools, and associations to maintain an active talent pipeline, ultimately assisting the recruiting team with attracting and retaining top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SOURCING SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• 1 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment or talent sourcing and screening strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills required
• Must be energetic, persuasive, resourceful, and organized

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS- ApplicantPro or equivalent preferred) and sourcing via multiple job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, etc.) is a plus. You should also be a team player, collaborator, adaptable to change, customer-focused, and willing to learn.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and primarily onsite. Our typical office hours are between 8:30am - 6:00pm.
