About the Senior Product Designer Position:

Stord is transforming the face of supply chain management with our modern platform of tools covering Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Consumer Experience (Pre/Post Purchase), Demand Planning, and more. Great design is a strategic differentiator for Stord, with a clear, easy-to-use, yet powerful experience being the heart of our platform. We are looking for a talented and curious designer to join our team and help drive our platform forward as we continue to expand.

At Stord, designers work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to shape our products' vision, identify improvement opportunities, and solve real customer pain points. As a Senior Designer, you'll fully own entire features, often taking them from 0 to 1. You’ll be able to create something new and hone existing products as we continue to grow our platform.

What You'll Do: 

• Own and drive the end-to-end design of one or more of Stord’s software products, shaping the vision and owning execution.
• Solve the challenge of having an intuitive design that users love in the complex field of Supply Chain 
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer pain points, partnering closely with Product, coming up with experiences that customers love
• Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience
• Deliver detailed, robust design solutions, and work directly with engineering to ensure a high-quality product reaches the hands of our customers
• Be surrounded by smart, driven individuals who are passionate about doing their best work every day 

What You'll Need:

• 5 years as a product designer at product-lead companies
• End-to-end ownership of meaningful features or surfaces
• Passion for building the highest-quality software that delights the user 
• Energetic communicator who can clearly articulate a design perspective to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex workflows by shipping products that have received positive user feedback and high adoption rates
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision, enabling quick iteration and validation of design concepts.
• The drive to solve problems

• Previous startup experience and experience with the fast-paced environment that comes with it
• Ability to prototype either alone or with engineering partners to get out of mockups faster
• Interest in the logistics or supply chain space, with a passion for solving unique challenges and driving innovation in this industry.
