About the Integration Engineer Position:

The Integration Engineer position is a highly cross-functional and multi-faceted role. You can expect to work with our clients and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements, identify opportunities to improve internal systems and processes, and provide level 2 support for continuous improvements. In this role, you will drive technical designs and build integration solutions. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable taking on challenging integration problems and developing innovative solutions. As you are both a technical expert in building integration solutions whilst always keeping customer needs top of mind. You also have a keen interest in managing a small team of specialists to help Stord continue its rapid growth.

What You'll Do

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers to solution, document and deliver integrations
• Proactively look for continuous improvement opportunities to automate / reduce manual work or error handling, building robust processes
• Effectively deliver assigned projects - ensuring all documentation, project updates, and deadlines are appropriately managed
• Drive a culture of automation, repeatability and scale in integrations.
• Collaborate with an Integration Lead to develop new integration processes based on customer or internal continuous improvement requirements
• Provide cross functional and Level 2 support
• Enable quality code and test driven culture

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or, ideally, a STEM field
• 5-6 years of experience in B2B integrations with some customer facing and integrations experience.
• Experience mapping EDI messages and building integration solutions
• Experience gathering technical requirements, defining and documenting integrations solutions, with the ability to communicate requirements to various stakeholders
• Experience building DevOps, CI/CD framework and test automations
• Experience using API clients (ideally Postman) to test and troubleshoot API endpoints
• ETL / Middleware tool hands-on experience (using on a daily basis or in previous role): Dell Boomi, Celigo, or Mulesoft or webMethods
• SQL experience
• Database integration experience using any structured database

Bonus Points

• Supply chain/logistics experience
• Exposure to WMS or ERP systems
• Experience with a language such as Python, R, JavaScript etc.
• Previous Start-up experience
• Integration DevOps frameworks experience
