The Executive Assistant is dedicated to providing unparalleled administrative support. Objectives will include coordinating travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and planning for key executive leadership events throughout the year, represented by a high sense of reliability and detail-orientation. The Executive Assistant is committed to high-quality delivery for every task that they are given, having not only a positive attitude but the ability to pivot when changes in plans, scheduling conflicts, and other planning challenges arise. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be an important resource for front desk coverage inside of our Atlanta fulfillment center, along with supporting general office needs.
