StorAmerica Management is Hiring a Field Maintenance Technician Near Irvine, CA
StorAmerica Self Storage - Looking for Experienced Field Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $24.00 an hour. Monthly auto allowance of $800.00, and cell phone allowance of $75.00.
Reliable vehicle is required.
Must be willing to travel in Orange County, San Gabriel County, Riverside County and occasionally to San Diego County. Schedules (with locations) are set on a weekly basis, so you know where you will be working.
Hours are Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). Flexibility for some weekends, from time to time.
Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, a high energy, positive person, team player and self-motivated. We are a growing company and like to promote within. If you're punctual, responsible and a self-starter with a strong work ethic we would like to hear from you.
Job description:
- Perform property related repairs (gates, roofs, gutters, etc.)
- Experience in carpentry and construction
- Clean gutters and downspouts (2 and 3 story buildings)
- General welding
- Electrical repair (emergency lights, circuit board issues, ballast replacement, etc.)
- DVR/NVR service and/or replacement
- Report any/all deficiencies to supervisor
- Maintain properties
