Job Description

• Provides direction and oversight regarding all aspects of medication dispensing in the Hospital.
• Monitor patient profiles for drug interactions, drug side effects, allergies, dosing and kinetics.
• Act as a medication resource for the Nursing and Medical Staff.
• Able to compound oncology admixtures at the outpatient cancer center.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate of college of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE or grad of a foreign college of Pharmacy with a Bachelor Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required.
• Current license to practice Pharmacy in NY State required.
• Maintain NY State continuing education requirements.
