Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Southampton, NY

Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting and coordinating Human Resources programs surrounding talent management, staff development, engagement, retention/recognition, and related systems. Supports the development, maintenance, coordination, and facilitation of training for hospital-wide programs of staff and management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational development, business or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in Human Resources and training preferred
  • Knowledge of or experience in full training cycle preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and public speaking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products. Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data
