echnology Solutions Sales Manager
(TSSM) is to drive business growth for Synopsys EDA tool suite with a specific focus on the
Verification Platform
. As an SNPS TSSM you will be responsible to define and implement growth strategies in tight collaboration with Account Managers and with the support of field engineering.
As a
Verification
TSSM, you will also collaborate with TSSM's in the Digital Implementation and Custom Design and AMS domains to define a Synopsys centric solution to address the customer challenges.As part of your daily jobYou'll be creating and fostering relationships with key decision makers on the customer side and conducting qualification/discovery meetings to understand how Synopsys
Verification
platform fits the customer needs.You will collaborate with the field engineering to drive the technical campaigns for pointed solutions to the customersWith the help of field engineering, you will also be responsible for representing the needs of our customers to the
Verification
Technical Marketing team and Product management.Synopsys Verification platform is anchored by industry-leading VCS Simulator, VC SpyGlass, VC Formal and Verdi.
Key Qualifications:
BS/MS EE, CS, CE or related discipline and 7 years of experience.Good understanding of the
Verification
flows and methodologies.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a passion for driving business in a challenging and rewarding environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced innovation rich environmentPassion for business growth and cross-functional collaborationsPrevious experience in technical sales is a plusThe base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $159,000-$239,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
