Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating, overseeing, and assisting the execution of B2C & B2B marketing efforts for Steve’s Plumbing & AC across the state of Hawaii. By applying extensive knowledge of digital and electronic marketing, CRM and industry-related marketing best practices, the Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate with the executive team to develop marketing plans, initiate campaigns, and coordinate the execution of marketing deliverables to fuel the growth of the company.
The applicant does not need to be in the state of Hawaii but should expect to travel to the state periodically.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 Incentive Bonuses
Success will largely be dependent on the ability to:
- Consistently generate cost-effective leads from new & repeat customers
- Energize cross-selling and product mix messaging
- Grow share of wallet within the current customer base
- Increase yield/ROI of marketing investments through timely analytical assessment
- Keep stakeholders informed and demand pacing on track
- Evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on marketing approach
- Report on metrics/results and apply key findings to future endeavors
- Proactive planning, analysis, and where necessary, course correction while taking full responsibility for marketing results

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:
- Take a leadership-based consultative approach and apply advanced planning skills to present marketing ideas, raise logistical considerations, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels in the B2C & B2C sectors
- In-depth understanding of the the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services industry
- Ability to foster trusting and collaborative relationships with operators, colleagues, and vendors
- Organized, logical, process-oriented, strategic, and detail-oriented
- Advanced investigative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or higher
