Stern & Eisenberg, PC is Hiring a Programmer I (Hybrid Eligibility) Near Warrington, PA

The Programmer I is responsible for writing code for the case management system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Document Development

  • Create and edit legal document templates that contain variable data based on CaseAware specific tags and CaseAware values.
  • Create other documents as needed.

Case Management System Setup

  • Setup and maintenance of:
  • User accounts, site and groups, security, and group restrictions.
  • Flex fields and user defined fields.
  • Lists such as case hold reasons, document categories, job titles, departments, etc.
  • Update attorney list and other CaseAware Values.
  • Configure triggers
  • Maintain changing rates and schedules.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 support for CaseAware tickets.
  • Support senior programmers with various projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification programs or work experience preferred
  • Experience with open office and MySQL data base preferred
  • Understand SQL queries, app functions and other elements that are used for document text, charge amounts, step conditions and more.
  • Grasp of entity relationships.
  • Ability the think systematically.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and comfortably in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining constant focus on excellent delivery.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to maintain positive internal working relationships with office staff.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general understanding of software systems to access and utilize client systems.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or mortgage services industry preferred.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is usually in an indoor office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
