As a Production Assembler III, work (5) 8-hour shifts as part of a small team to perform assembly, testing, and packing of our filtration skids and systems. Follow standard processes, and work instructions, while using manual and power tools, and fixtures to build products.

Responsibilites: 

• Review BOMs, pull parts from inventory, build to specification
• Bend stainless steel tubing using hand held tube benders
• Assemble sheet metal enclosures
• Install electronics panel, including wiring and soldering
• Performs quality control testing of skids/systems and records results.
• Follow written procedures, interpret bill of materials and read basic drawings and schematics
• Communicate in-process issues. 
• Complete assigned tasks with little supervision

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent with 3-5 years experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical background
• Hydraulic mechanical assembly experience preferred including experience with tube benders, electronics panels and measuring devices such as calipers, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and attention to detail, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with jigs, tooling, and compounds
• Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience in ERP system. NetSuite and SharePoint experience is a plus. 
• Record of excellent and timely attendance to reach individual and team metrics

Preferred Experience:

• Experience and exposure to ISO 9001:2015 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work with required PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Stand and walk for periods up to 8 hours
• Proper use of tools, requires manual dexterity and involves repetitive motion tasks
