Mission:
The Outbound Intake Agent’s main mission is to pursue active leads through a prescribed outbound call process. The agent will follow up on leads generated from Webleads, Patlive, Intake and Consult teams to either schedule a consultation or pursue funded transfer or funding meetings.
This individual is critical to our success as they ensure we maximize our marketing efforts and ensure every lead is worked to the fullest extent.
Responsibilities:
Perform efficient followup calls, texts and emails to potential clients
Set appropriate followup tasks based on client interactions
Schedule potential clients for consult appointments or funding discussions
Demonstrate control, urgency, empathy, and objection handling skills in client interactions
Utilize customer service skills to represent the firm in a professional manner
Empathize with client situations
Follow up to convert potential clients into consultations
Communicate with team members constructively
Identify team issues or process improvements and communicate directly for resolution
