Job Title: Boutique Hotel General Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA (35 minutes outside)

Salary:$150,000 - $170,000 per year

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of a unique property encompassing a 40-seat restaurant, outdoor event spaces, farm, and winery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) management, boutique hotel experience, and a creative, motivated approach to maximizing revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Assume full operational control internally, transitioning from a 3rd party hotel operator.

- Utilize strong F&B expertise to manage the 40-seat restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Oversee outdoor event spaces, coordinating with clients to host memorable events and functions.

- Manage farm and winery operations, ensuring efficient production and seamless integration with hotel offerings.

- Implement creative strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, taking a proactive approach to identify opportunities for growth.

- Foster a culture of excellence among staff, providing leadership and guidance to achieve operational goals.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the property and drive business growth.

- Cultivate positive relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners to enhance the property's reputation and standing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in F&B management, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service excellence.

- Previous experience in boutique hotel management, with a track record of success in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and revenue generation.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive profitability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and safety standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
