Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

We are seeking new talent with the following experience for our Defense Sector: 

• Systems Engineering & Integration
• Ground Architecture Expertise
• Mission Operations & Engineering
• Ground Systems Engineering Integration & Procurement
• Command and Control and Mission Processing
• Strategic Planning
• Program Management
• Using SpecOT contract vehicle and other government contracting processes and vehicles

Required Qualifications

• BS in STEM field (preferred discipline in Aerospace Engineering)
• 11-15 Years of relevant experience
• Breadth of experience in Missile Warning, Missile Tracking and Missile Defense mission areas
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: systems integration, systems engineering, program/project management, or acquisition management
• Experience in DoD, NRO, or other National Security space programs
• Knowledge of industry and government practices and standards across a range of applications related to system engineering discipline, space mission operations
• Excellent written and verbal communications with a high capacity to work in team-oriented and collaborative manner
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently an in a team environment
• Active SECRET clearance and able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

 Desired Qualifications

• Professional certification such PMP and/or Defense Acquisition University Certifications
• Knowledge and experience with the breadth of National Security space mission partners
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility

Work Location:

• Los Angeles Air Force Base (LA AFB)
• On-site presence required

Travel

• Minimum travel required - less than 10% of the time

The typical pay range for this position is USD $180,000 - $220,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package).

Deliverable(s)

Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
