Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join our government project supporting onsite at Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Battle Creek , Michigan to manage the Helpdesk operations in support of CAGE Registration & Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides troubleshooting support to a user community employing computer
    systems to support registration activity.
  • Diagnoses registration problems and provides applicable remedies.
  • May serve as a team leader in operations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree

Clearance: Secret (IT-1 Eligible) or possess a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

US Citizen

Certifications:

IAT Level I: one of the following:

  • A CE
  • CCNA-Security
  • CND
  • Network CE
  • SSCP
