Overview

Stellar is seeking to hire an entry-level Marketing Assistant to join our corporate team. You will work with Marketing Coordinators, Managers, as well as the Director of Marketing to coordinate and organize diverse marketing efforts for our company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing list, etc.)
• Provide data support for marketing efforts, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and tradeshows
• With direction, complete and assemble qualifications packages of existing marketing materials
• Draft general proposal sections and marketing correspondence
• Develop background research on target markets and potential clients
• Assist in the production of marketing documents (binding, duplication, etc.)
• Respond to and direct incoming telephone calls for marketing staff/management and/or principals

Qualifications

• Associates (working toward a Bachelor’s degree) or Bachelor’s degree (marketing, graphic design, communications, English, journalism, or business administration)
• Working Knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and written & oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of database concepts
• Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry a plus
