Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 2nd Shift
- Sets up and operates automation equipment for manufacturing operations as specified by drawings, procedures, specifications, and work orders.
- Operate automated and semi-automated equipment to manufacture medical devices or sub-assemblies following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), specifications, and procedures.
- Operate various equipment throughout manufacturing line rotation.
- Make appropriate parameter and mechanical adjustments to the equipment to maintain the product within set parameters.
- Perform and document manufacturing quality checks per procedures.
- Responsible for documenting all batch-related and test results information. Document actions, data, or results regarding manufacturing processes and assure that the information is accurate and according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform cleaning and organization of manufacturing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- May be required to operate automated and semi-automated equipment to manufacture bladders as a part of the subassembly process.
- Ability to operate automatic or semi-automatic equipment required.
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to communicate with leads and supervisors.
- May be required to pass visual acuity test (20x25 corrected vision) and pass Particulate Matter Certification.
- General knowledge of windows application programs; spreadsheet software, word Processing software.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in running equipment preferred.
- Specific applications like PRMS and Assemble and Pack is preferred.
