Competition Interactive, an innovative company blazing new trails in competitive casino gambling games, is seeking a Unity Developer to join our fast-growing game studio located in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Senior Level Experience in Unity game development
• Work closely with Artists, Mathematicians and Designers to create and modify slot machine games that are played on casino floors in regulated markets.
• Code Unity specific features such as UI, animations, effects, and audio
• Participate in code validation and code reviews, perform unit tests, and other automated testing techniques
• Evaluate risk associated with code changes and make informed decisions on what and when to make a change
• Mentor to Junior Unity Developers and Artists leading daily scrum meetings
• Collaborate and communicate closely with all in an agile, small team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant gaming industry experience.
• 3 -5 years of experience C#
• 1 or more 3D games shipped using the Unity engine
• Strong debugging skills
• Ability to design efficient and intuitive code without over-engineering
• Unity Art experience
• Unity Slot experience, both land-based and mobile casinos
• Experience developing applications for smartphones (iOS / Android)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming Registration for Nevada and other Gaming jurisdictions
