To help realize this goal, they are leveraging visual analytics platforms to analyze, visualize, and share information. At Steampunk you will design and develop solutions to high-impact, complex data problems, working with the best and data practitioners around. Our data exploitation approach is tightly integrated with Human-Centered Design and DevSecOps.

Contributions

• Serves as a System and Data Quality Manager. Evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems services and/or software.
• Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Documents issues and tracks status in designed system.
• Develops solutions to resolve problems and make recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and projects.
• Develops new or special testing for new products or to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Supports DEA data holdings through analytics and big data scrutiny.
• Experience executing in an Agile, DevSecOps environment highly desired.
• Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCS) system implementations highly desired.

Qualifications

• 5 years of in-depth knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and/or other data analytic/visualization tools in order to design and build formulas, charts, links, pivot tables, etc.
• 2 years of experience manipulating unstructured data from different platforms, and experience in IT, statistics, computer information systems, auditing, investigative, mathematics, and units of measure.
• Experience using Agile and DevSecOps methods and techniques desired
• Experience with Cloud-based solution implementation preferred
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, Government security clearance minimally at the Public Trust level
• Must meet U.S. residency requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of experience and education exceeding the degree/education requirements.

Steampunk is a federal contractor subject to Executive Order 14042 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.223-99 implementing the order. Therefore, this position requires full vaccination for COVID-19, except in jurisdictions where the mandate is barred by a court ordered injunction
