Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the District Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, supporting, and managing our Transportation and Logistics sales team. In the first 6 months, the District Sales Manager will be a producing manager and will be responsible for selling their own projects to meet their individual quota while recruiting, training, and managing the team they build over time. Major duties include recruiting, targeting, and selling video monitoring sales opportunities, presenting/selling to end users, partnering with Stealth technical and operational resources to design advanced security systems, coaching and leading their team of sales reps.
