JOB SUMMARY: Our cook will work to prepare a simple tapas-style bar menu for the AC Lounge. This position will responsible for all cooking, cleaning of kitchen, and dishwashing during the evening bar shift. This is an evening position starting at or around 4:00PM.
Must adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements, also responsible for the correct handling and preparation of all food items and equipment.
