Reports To: Sous Chef/Executive Chef
Summery: As dishwasher you are reasonable for cleanliness of dish machine area, and help with upkeep of kitchen and restaurant.
Job duties:
- Wash all dishes from restaurant, banquets and kitchen.
- Cleanliness of work stations and upkeep sanitation standard in dish area and other areas in kitchen.
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, coolers, dry storerooms and other places instructed by supervisor, taking out trash.
- Help cleaning spills that may occur in restaurant or kitchen.
- Help bus tables in restaurant in peak volume.
- Station upkeep including, changing soaps, washing dish machine, washing walls and sinks
- Additional cleaning projects directed by Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Some food prep
